Supervision with Fida Hajaj – Senior Occupational Therapist
Our Director and Principal Senior Occupational Therapist, Fida Hajaj, provides professional supervision for occupational therapists and university students seeking practical guidance, clinical mentoring and reflective support. Fida has over 25 years of occupational therapy experience, including more than 10 years supervising and mentoring therapists across a broad range of practice areas.
Supervision with Fida can support you to:

Direct Supervision (Level One)
The supervisor is physically present and takes primary responsibility for the occupational therapy service being provided.
This may include:
- Direct observation of the supervisee
- Support during assessments or therapy sessions
- Immediate feedback and guidance
- Close monitoring of clinical practice
Indirect Supervision (Level Two)
The supervisor is easily contactable and available to provide guidance, review clinical work and discuss therapy services as needed.
This may include:
- Case discussion
- Review of documentation
- Occasional observation
- Support with clinical reasoning and decision-making
Direct Supervision (Level Three)
The supervisor is available to discuss clinical practice, but may not be on site or directly involved in therapy sessions.
This may include:
- Phone or video supervision
- Case review and reflection
- Guidance with planning, reports and clinical concerns
- Support for more independent practice
